5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site — in particular its structure, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, graphic charter and databases — as well as the "OpusRH" software and its interface, are the exclusive property of OREXIS or its partners, and are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The name "OpusRH" and the associated logo are distinctive signs of OREXIS; the logo is protected under copyright law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the Site or of the "OpusRH" software, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of OREXIS. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Liability

OREXIS endeavours to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors.

The Site is in principle accessible at all times, subject to maintenance operations and cases of force majeure. OREXIS cannot be held liable for interruptions, unavailability or malfunctions of the Site, nor for any direct or indirect damage that may result from its use.

The Site may link to third-party sites by means of hyperlinks. OREXIS exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content or use.

8. Personal data

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law.

The Site and the services offered by OREXIS are intended exclusively for professionals. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, express jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Aubenas (within the jurisdiction of the Nîmes Court of Appeal), notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
